Flexport mission is “make global trade easier for everyone.” Automation is a key driver to achieve this goal. There is a big question at company at that moment: “What and how system would be once we can automate everything?”

On the other hand, Data scientist team is also starting to work on algorithm that auto assign shipment to a flight. 

Design helps provide vision for both product team and leaderships to visualize the future experience.

Once we can automate all the process, planning workspace could serve as a monitoring tool.
